Our History
Leasing to Buy, LLC was established in 2003, with the simple idea of helping
people. We wanted to put together a program that would create the opportunity
that some people need in order to purchase a home. We have always felt that if
we helped people first, the company would grow at a proper pace due to word of
mouth. And grow it has! In just over 7 years in business, we have lease optioned
over 450 houses from homeowners, directly helping over 900 people! We are the
originators of the COMPLETE lease option program! We are so well respected
in the business, that we now have real estate business owners from around the
country that come to us to be trained on our system! We are
continuously perfecting our program so that it stands out far above any other
real estate program out there.

What We Do and How We Do It.
Leasing to Buy arranges to lease purchase the properties of homeowners, or in
some cases we may purchase the properties, or refer the owners to investors
that will buy them. We then set to work marketing the lease option to
prospective tenant/buyers, and tenant/buyers that are in our database. Once we
have a good qualified candidate for the property, we assign our lease option to the tenant/buyers. We work with the
tenant/buyers to help them restore and rebuild their credit over 12 months.
When they are ready, we help them obtain permanent financing for the property.
Many tenant/buyers are ready to qualify within 6-8 months. We help them every
step of the way, until they have the house in their name. Keep in mind, these
are serious tenant/buyers that are buying your house. They just need a small
cushion of time to get things in order. There are many more benefits for the
TENANT/BUYER as well as the SELLER.
