Or, simply fill out the Tenant/Buyer Information Page or contact us letting us know your ready to step into the world of home ownership. When you are ready to move forward, we will take an application from you and contact a previous landlord if applicable. Don't worry too much about past credit problems though. We just have to verify the information you give us, make sure your payments are current, and confirm that there are no discrepancies that would prevent financing within 12 months.

If you decide you would like to lease purchase the house, we collect your option fee and first months lease payment. We sign the lease purchase forms, and you receive the keys to your new home!
